Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption. - Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure optimal operation. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. - Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times. - Assist in the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade projects. - Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in the hospitality or facilities management industry. - Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects. - Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems are preferred. - Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and outside regular hours as needed.
