We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Cedar Park Inn. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our hotel facilities, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and that our guests enjoy a safe and pleasant environment. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance or facilities management environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • MUST have a valid pool operator ticket.
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot various mechanical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure the timely completion of all maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify issues and implement solutions.
  • Manage preventive maintenance program to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in project management for renovations or upgrades within the hotel.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
