Maintenance and Repairs Oversee routine maintenance and emergency repairs for hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and elevators). Perform or supervise preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment. Facility Operations Ensure all hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, are in excellent condition. Maintain compliance with brand standards for property upkeep and appearance. Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including fire safety and building codes. Perform regular safety inspections and maintain records of certifications and inspections. Energy Management Monitor and manage energy consumption to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices. Collaboration with Other Departments Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and food & beverage teams to address maintenance needs promptly and support guest satisfaction. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects.
