Description This position is responsible for the building maintenance for the Warehouse Hotel. The schedule will be primarily Wed-Sun with a focus on weekend and evening availability. Local business discounts Essential Job Functions Maintain good working order of basic building plumbing, HVAC, and electric Repair drywall, paint, and wallpaper as needed Conduct preventative maintenance as required Diagnose and repair facility systems when breakdown occurs Order necessary parts and maintain par levels Maintain highest safety standards for guests and fellow employees Complete documentation of work performed for all building services Must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics Assist Public Space Attendant with hotel guest calls as needed Assist with snow removal Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language Must have dependable transportation to and from work Must have valid Driver’s License 4-6 years of experience in the Maintenance field 1-2 years of plumbing experience 2-4 years of electrical experience (120 Volt min) Preferred Qualifications Degree in Maintenance field or trade certificate completion a plus Previous maintenance experience in a hotel/restaurant/entertainment complex setting Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Highly dependable with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality Guest-focused/service-oriented; ability to see big picture and impact on Company.
