What We’re Looking For • Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, residential facility, or similar environment (required) • Availability to work various shifts as needed • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs • Experience with wall covering and wallpaper repair or installation preferred • Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance • Excellent communication skills with a professional, guest-focused approach • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions • Strong attention to detail and observation skills • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., bend, stoop, climb ladders and stairs, and perform physical tasks About The Briad Group The Briad Group® is a rapidly growing hospitality and restaurant organization with a diverse portfolio that includes Hilton and Marriott brand hotels, Wendy’s franchise locations, innovative rooftop lounges, and a premier outdoor lifestyle shopping center.
