Job Qualifications * 2-3 years of maintenance technician experience * Valid Driver’s License * Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines. * Basic knowledge of: air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, * Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude. * Strong guest service skills * Schedule includes weekends and holidays Duties & Responsibilities: * Respond and attend to guest repair requests. * Perform routine preventive maintenance * Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs * Program TV's and perform general engineering-related inventory duties. * Assist with driving 14 person shuttle * Assist with houseperson duties as needed Physical demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities
The technician will be responsible for responding to guest repair requests and performing routine preventive maintenance tasks across the facility. Duties also include testing, troubleshooting, performing basic repairs, programming TVs, managing engineering inventory, and assisting with houseperson duties and shuttle driving when necessary.
