Job Description Hotel Manager We are looking for Hotel Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a luxury five-star hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Maintenance, and Security Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in line with five-star service standards Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints Ensure personalized, high-quality guest service at all times Handle VIP guests, special requests, and escalated guest concerns professionally Maintain and enhance the hotel’s luxury brand image Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate department heads and staff Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence Ensure staff compliance with grooming, behavior, and service protocols Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Monitor departmental expenses and optimize operational efficiency Support revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations Maintain brand standards and prepare for audits and inspections Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to attract high-end clientele Support promotions, events, and partnerships aligned with the luxury market Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5–10 years of experience in luxury hotel operations, with management experience in a five-star property - preferably having leading experiences in Food and Beverage area.
