Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational success of Avani+ Vientiane. This is a unique opportunity to shape the guest journey from day one, ensuring the property delivers exceptional service, strong financial performance, and a distinctive brand presence. Key Responsibilities Lead all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineering Drive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and service excellence Oversee financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, and cost management Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with Avani+ values Collaborate with sales & marketing to position the hotel competitively in the Vientiane market Ensure compliance with local regulations and Minor Hotels’ operational standards Build strong relationships with guests, owners, and community stakeholders Qualifications 5 years previous management experience with proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior hospitality leader within upscale or luxury hotels Strong Food & Beverage experience Strong operational and financial management expertise Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Fluency in English; knowledge of Lao or regional languages is an advantage Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and driving brand loyalty Previous relevant experience in Southeast Asia strongly preferred Additional Information Please note that this is not a General Manager position.
