Description:
We are currently seeking a Hotel Manager to Join our Team at The Charleville Park Hotel . This role would be well suited for a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role : The Hotel Manager will manage all aspects of the Charleville Park Hotel operation, ensuring top quality food, fantastic facilities, clean and well-presented rooms and guest areas, topped off with exceptional service throughout the hotel.
The Person: A proven track record as a senior manager is essential, ideally in a similar type of Hotel environment, with a particularly strong emphasis on F&B and financial awareness. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and must demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills .
The Hotel:
Charleville Park Hotel & Leisure Club is a luxury 4 star hotel located in the heart of Munster in Charleville Co. Cork. Renowned for its friendly welcome, delicious food and peaceful atmosphere. Established in 2008 and taken over by Só Hotel group in 2016. The hotel offers excellent Conference, Meeting & Event facilities as well as Corporate Rates for executive guests. The Hotel is located on the Limerick road as you exit the town of Charleville and is within walking distance to all local amenities of Charleville town. Charleville Park Hotel is within easy access from Shannon and Cork Airport Limerick City and Cork City. The town of Charleville is also serviced by regular public trains and buses.

Key Responsibilities include:
As Hotel Manager you will be responsible for ensuring each area within the hotel achieves agreed KPI’s through adopting a strong business-led approach with the delivery of consistently high customer service, and people friendly methods.
Leadership and Vision: Lead the team by having a clear vision, inspire change, and promote direction for the hotel’s success.
Guest Experience: Oversee all aspects of guest services at the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a remarkable and seamless stay.
Financial Management: Effectively manage budgets, control costs, and implement revenue-generating strategies to achieve financial objectives
