Job Description Operational Leadership: Drive seamless daily operations across all departments, ensuring exceptional guest service and upholding the highest standards of Japanese hospitality. Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a culturally diverse team while building strong relationships with owners, partners, vendors, and community leaders. Strategic & Project Involvement: Contribute to commercial strategy, support major events, represent the hotel in regulatory forums, and lead facility improvements and renovation projects. Qualifications Experienced Hotel Operations Leader: Proven track record in senior roles within 5-star or international hotel environments. Operationally Savvy: In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, facilities management, and delivering exceptional guest service. Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. Stakeholder-Focused: Skilled at engaging with owners, local authorities, and business partners at all levels. Event & MICE Expertise: Comfortable leading large-scale events and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution. Commercially Minded: Business-aware with a solid grasp of sales strategy and revenue opportunities (bonus for sales or BD experience).
