We are currently seeking a Hotel Manager to join the team at Farnham Estate. The Hotel Manager plays a key role in overseeing all operational departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the General Manager, the Hotel Manager leads teams, implements strategic initiatives, and upholds the Resort’s luxury standards while maximising financial performance and operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
