Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Hotel Manager at Hotel Not Hotel, you are responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of both hotels. You combine exceptional hospitality with strong analytical skills and inspire your teams to deliver their very best.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations in Amsterdam & Rotterdam
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Floor Managers
  • Prepare, manage, and analyze budgets
  • Optimize operational processes and overall performance
  • Manage purchasing and maintain supplier relationships
  • Analyze guest feedback and performance results
  • Work with MEWS for planning, reporting, and optimization (experience with MEWS is a plus)
