Hotel Manager is required at Liffeyfield Ltd T/A Bonnington Hotel Dublin located at Swords Road, Whitehall, Dublin 9, D09 C7F8 Ireland. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, hotel, restaurants and pubs and also a graduate degree in Hospitality Management, Business or Administration, or a related field is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of the hotel. Key duties include: Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. Provide effective leadership to department heads and staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards in line with the hotel’s objectives. Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise revenue to achieve financial targets. Monitor performance across all areas, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Drive staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a superior guest experience. Oversee procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships to support operational efficiency. Contribute to sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing occupancy and revenue. Represent the hotel in a professional manner when liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community. Salary: €34,000 per annum. Hours: 39 per week.
