Job Description Queens Wharf Residences is looking for an experienced and driven Hotel Manager to take on this rare opportunity to lead a dynamic property, ideally located in the heart of Brisbane City along the waterfront. As the Hotel Manager, you will report directly to an experienced Cluster General Manager and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless daily activities and maintaining exceptional standards across all departments. This role involves comprehensive oversight of hotel operations, maintenance, and strata management to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Leverage your passion, initiative, and strategic approach to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Manage day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operations of the entire property. Oversee financial forecasting, staff rostering, and promotional initiatives to boost sales. Develop and lead the property team to reach their highest potential. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including Body Corporate, Strata Managers, and local business partners Managing, leading, and motivating staff to ensure a high-performing team culture is maintained Make strategic decisions to increase Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) by collating and analysing data. Qualifications Successful candidates will have: Proven hotel operational and financial management experience. Strong leadership skills to foster accountability and staff engagement. Knowledge of body corporate and strata management regulations. Track record of upholding high service standards while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs. Ability to build strong relationships with guests, owners, and staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Ability to seek and maintain local market partnerships. Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
