Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, Recreation, and Guest Services.
• Ensure all departments operate efficiently and in accordance with company policies, brand standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct daily operational briefings and coordinate activities between departments.
• Monitor hotel performance and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure the hotel consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences.

Guest Experience

• Champion a culture of exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure timely and effective service recovery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reviews, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a visible presence in guest areas to engage with guests and support operational teams.

Financial Management

• Assist in developing and managing the hotel's annual operating budget.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, and departmental productivity.
• Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales & Marketing to maximize occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
• Review financial reports and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure cost control measures are effectively implemented without compromising service quality.
