Growth Hospitality in Prince George needs someone with the right experience to help grow the business by empowering and developing staff, ensuring the ultimate guest experience, and helping the General Manager run an amazing property in the beautiful city of Prince George, B.C.
The Hotel Manager represents Prestige Treasure Cove Resort through excellence in guest service, professionalism, and leadership. Together with the General Manager, the Hotel Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the hotel front desk and housekeeping teams, and overall operations of the property.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the GM to set and monitor operation and revenue management goals and strategies
  • Ensure an amazing guest experience through superior, caring customer service
  • Respond quickly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner
  • Together with the Executive Team at Growth Hospitality, responsible for the general promotion of the hotel including sales and marketing
  • Together with the GM, develop and maintain rapport with the community
  • Together with the GM, manage all revenue sources and expenses
  • Ensure all departments are profitable and maintain strong working relationships
  • Be responsible for all financial controls
  • Create annual strategy to meet budget requirements and benchmarks throughout the year
  • Maximize room revenues
  • Manage human resources functions of the property
  • Assist with recruitment and selection
  • Ensure that product quality standards are met in all areas of the property
  • Oversee property, building, and equipment maintenance and repair
  • Promote and follow company and hotel philosophies, policies, and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the GM or owner
