Job Description
As the Hotel Manager at Queens Wharf Residences, you will report directly to an experienced Cluster General Manager and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring seamless daily activities and maintaining exceptional standards across all departments. This role involves comprehensive oversight of hotel operations, maintenance, and strata management to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your passion, initiative, and strategic approach to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operations of the entire property.
  • Oversee financial forecasting, staff rostering, and promotional initiatives to boost sales.

  • Make strategic decisions to increase Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) by collating and analysing data.
