SWOT Hospitality is seeking to hire a Hotel Manager for Serenity Panorama in Patmos The Hotel Manager will oversee the comprehensive management and operation of the property. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of hotel operations, a positive demeanor, and the capability to effectively manage operational activities and departments to enhance revenue, optimize guest experiences, and cultivate a team-based atmosphere focused on development and mentorship. Preopening experience is essential. Duties and Responsibilities: The Hotel Manager will deliver exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, ensuring their stay is as pleasant and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand objectives. Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures relating to personnel, security, cash handling, guest relations, and safety. Maintain and elevate property standards and service to guarantee guest satisfaction and uphold a positive public image. The Hotel Manager will prepare the annual budget and capital expenditure plans. Achieve budgeted revenue and profit targets while balancing costs with guest satisfaction. Timely prepare and submit operational results/reports to the corporate office and owners. Ensure adherence to hiring practices and employee compliance with company policies. Recruit, train, and supervise department heads and associates as needed while ensuring they are well versed in all policies and procedures. Remain highly visible and accessible to guests at all times. Develop and implement the brand's service culture throughout the team. Support team members to ensure that daily workloads are efficiently completed. Perform other related duties as necessary. Education and experience in hotel management or a related field is preferred. A minimum of two to three years of management experience in hotel operations is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including revenue generation and profit/loss understanding. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting P&L statements. Ability to effectively engage with management, associates, guests, and the public with courtesy and proficiency. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and demanding environment. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player with the entire hotel staff. Exceptional guest relation skills with a focus on positive customer experiences. Strong interpersonal skills essential for building customer relationships and cooperating with associates at varied levels. Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.
