OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management. Someone to oversee the smooth running of the day-to-day operations at The Mariners and also manages ongoing profitability. Their duties will include marketing and promoting the business, managing work schedules and providing service delivery that exceeds guests’ expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- - Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Bilingual proficiency is desirable for effective communication with international guests
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations systems and housekeeping procedures
