Job Summary Reporting into the General Manager, the Hotel Manager will lead and manage the wider hotel operations (Food & Beverage, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and IT) alongside a senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities * Oversee overall hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across the Operations departments. * Deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences by upholding JW Marriott and Marriott International brand standards. * Lead and develop high‑performing teams, fostering a service‑driven culture and strong leadership pipeline. * Drive financial performance, managing budgets, profitability, cost controls, and revenue optimization. * Ensure compliance and asset excellence, including safety, quality audits, regulatory standards, and property maintenance.
