Join our team at the ARC Hotel Washington, DC Series by Marriott as our Hotel Market Attendant and become the friendly face of our lobby café and grab-and-go market! In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you’ll craft specialty beverages, assist guests with purchases, keep our market fully stocked and inviting, and deliver exceptional service. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences while working in a fun and energetic environment, we’d love to meet you! This is a part-time position, shift is 6:30 am – 10:30 am, 7 days a week Essential Job Functions: * Food & Beverage Prep: Make coffee and espresso drinks, assemble sandwiches, and warm up grab-and-go items. * Cashiering: Operate the POS system to process credit card transactions. * Inventory: Keep market fully stocked using First In First Out procedure and monitor for expiration dates. * Customer Service: Welcome guests, answer menu questions, and ensure high guest satisfaction. * Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized market area, including keeping adjacent lobby seating areas neat and guest-ready to ensure exceptional guest experience. Job Requirements: * Prior customer service experience preferred. * Prior POS system experience preferred.
