Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Associate, you’re the first and last impression our guests will have—and we want it to be a great one! You’ll be checking people in and out, answering their questions, and making sure their stay goes smoothly. Here’s a bit more about the role:

  • Greet guests with a big smile and a warm welcome—they’ll feel the energy!
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Share tips on local attractions, restaurants, and hotel amenities (because you know the area like the back of your hand).
  • Solve guest concerns with care and a “we’ve got this” attitude.
  • Keep the front desk looking sharp and organized.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Encourage guests to join the Best Western Rewards program (it’s a win-win for everyone).
