Description

The Hotel Night Auditor, is the first point of contact in late-night hotels. Their duties include acting as a Front Desk Agent, balancing accounts from shifts and assisting hotel guests with requests.

The Night Auditors will perform the various duties and will have the following responsibilities outlined below.

  • Auditing, balancing, and verifying daily revenue documentation
  • Managing the hotel’s inventory of reservations, room assignments, and vacancies
  • Greets guests, checking them into rooms, assists with check-outs, and providing guests with important information
  • Answers phones, schedules wake-up calls, and assists with reservation requests
  • Responds to guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns
  • Balances cash drawers, record errors, and reconcile receipts
  • promotes hotel services and features.

Night Auditor Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Past experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency with computers.
  • Analytical mind, with strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive work ethic.
  • Strong aptitude for customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
