JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours. This position involves handling guest services, performing night audits, and maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional hospitality to our guests.

SKILLS

  • Strong phone etiquette to communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Experience in resort or hotel environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures and practices.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality.
