What you'll bring to the team We are currently recruiting for Hotel Night Cleaner to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy! First impressions count for a lot, and you'll be one of the first people our guests meet, at Alton Towers Resort, dealing with late arrivals, customer queries in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring we meet and exceed all our guests' expectations, with the highest level of service. In this role, you could work in any of our amazing accommodations — Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel, CBeebies Land Hotel, Enchanted Village, which also includes the Treehouses, and Pods. We are responsible for ensuring the Hotels are clean and tidy ready for the next morning. There is also deep cleaning and high-level dusting tasks in guest-facing and back of house areas. We are also responsible for the safety of our guests in the event of fire evacuation during the night. Applicants must be over 18 and be able to get to the Resort by their own means as there is no bus service to the resort at night-time that will cover the shift pattern of a 22:30 start- 07:00 finish. Applicants must be able to work a minimum of three nights per week and be fully flexible. Responsibilities

The Hotel Night Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotels, preparing them for the next morning. This includes deep cleaning and high-level dusting in both guest-facing and back of house areas.
