Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the night, addressing inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly. Oversee the front desk and other departments, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to hotel policies. Perform nightly audits and reconcile daily financial transactions, preparing accurate reports for management. Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and compliance with safety standards. Monitor and respond to any maintenance or operational issues, coordinating with appropriate teams for resolution. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other guest services as needed during the overnight hours. Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Act as the hotel’s representative in the absence of senior management, making decisions to resolve urgent matters. Train and mentor night staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar supervisory role, preferably including night shifts. Knowledge/Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges and emergencies effectively. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to address guest needs professionally. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting principles. Ability to work independently and manage a team during overnight hours. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities. Physical ability to perform property inspections and address maintenance issues if needed. Flexibility to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
