JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Porter to join our hospitality team. The shifts will be from 12am through to 9am in the morning on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday however weekend Shifts will be required from time to time mostly to cover holiday leave.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the premises. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential.
