The Great Barr Hotel is seeking an Operations & Commercial Manager to lead day-to-day operations while driving business growth. This dual-focused role combines leadership of Front of House, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping with responsibility for corporate account retention, revenue generation, and event profitability. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences while proactively developing and growing the hotel’s commercial opportunities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in hotel operations with a strong track record in business development or commercial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and SiteMinder.
• Experience managing corporate accounts, VIP guests, and high-profile events.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget management and revenue reporting.
• Flexible and hands-on approach, including availability for evenings, weekends, and during events.
