THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the resort. This is a key leadership role suited to a candidate with a strong background in food & beverage operations, a passion for guest service, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operations of the hotel
• Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams to maintain high standards of performance and service
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all departments
• Supervise and support F&B service during peak times and events
• Collaborate across departments including reception and accommodation as required
• Uphold operational standards, policies, and service culture
