What We Are Looking for in a Hotel Assistant Operations Manager includes: Leadership and Management Skills * Ability to motivate, guide, and manage teams across different departments. * Delegation and conflict resolution skills to maintain a productive work environment. Communication Skills * Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with guests, staff, and upper management. * Active listening to understand and resolve guest or employee concerns effectively.
