What You’ll Do

As our Hotel Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the hotel, ensuring every department—from front-of-house to back-of-house—runs seamlessly. You’ll lead by example, with a hands-on approach and a natural flair for people, service, and detail.

  • Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring departments perform at their very best.
  • Be the main point of contact for guests, handling queries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Inspire and mentor your team, creating a culture of excellence, cooperation, and growth.
  • Optimize staff scheduling, resources, and operational efficiencies while keeping service at the highest level.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Events to maximize occupancy, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth-running food & beverage services, events, and conferences.
  • Uphold the highest standards of health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance—striving for a 5-star rating.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring guest feedback, addressing challenges, and celebrating successes.
  • Report on performance, forecasts, and KPIs to the Area GM and Head Office.
  • Identify and nurture talent, ensuring training, development, and appraisals help staff grow and excel.
  • Keep financial, statistical, and operational records accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property, maintaining impeccable standards throughout.
