Description As the Hotel Operations Manager at Jekyll Ocean Club Resort, you helping to manage a luxurious, 40 Ocean Front Suite, boutique style resort. The Jekyll Ocean Club Resort is a Four Diamond Resort with Five Star Expectations. The Hotel Operations Manager is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient departmental performance. This individual partners closely with the Director of Rooms, department heads, and team members to uphold service excellence, operational standards, and team engagement across the property. The Club Manager will also be in charge of our Revenue Operation departments including Rooms, Retail and Recreation, reporting to the Resort Manager of Jekyll Island Club Resort. THE JOB Lead and support operational departments including Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage outlets as assigned. Ensure consistent delivery of Forbes-style service standards and Noble House brand values. Partner with HR and leadership teams on recruiting, onboarding, and training to foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and accountability. Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Culinary teams to ensure smooth execution of group and leisure business. Monitor financial performance, labor management, and departmental budgets to maximize profitability. Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and championing service recovery. Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure leadership presence, responsiveness, and operational oversight. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, service innovation, and employee engagement.
