As a Hotel Payroll Executive, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all hotel employees, which is vital for maintaining employee satisfaction and trust. You will also be responsible for managing the payroll system, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support in various reporting and auditing processes taken care of by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities Process and manage all aspects of hotel payroll efficiently and accurately. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding payroll practices. Maintain payroll records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security. Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status. Prepare and file necessary payroll reports and tax documents. Answer employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions. Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Participate in payroll audits and implement changes or improvements as needed. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field. Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of payroll software and payroll regulations. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
