JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Porter to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the hotel premises while providing assistance to guests as needed. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest services.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

  Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their luggage upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with room service deliveries and ensure timely service to guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel is in top condition.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when handling guest calls.
