JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Porter to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the hotel premises while providing assistance to guests as needed. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest services.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
