• Responsible for Guest Services and Guest Relations
• Assisting with guest luggage
• Have complete knowledge of hotel and guest facilities
• Assist meeting room organiser where required
• Assist with hotel welcome
• Liaise with reception and Housekeeping in relation to room drops
• General cleaning and maintaining public areas of hotel
• Room service duties as they arrrise
