JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reception Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services.
As the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the front desk run smoothly, providing a welcoming environment for guests while managing a dedicated team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in hotel reception or a similar role within the hospitality industry

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all front desk operations
  • Lead and supervise reception and night team, providing training and support to ensure high standards of service
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage guest services, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
  • Review and adjust room rates as appropriate
  • Co-ordinate group enquiries, quotes and contracts
  • Manage 3rd party OTA websites and extranets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local businesses to enhance service offerings
