We are looking for a Reception Manager to join our Guest Service Management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, creating a warm and friendly first and last experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for working in hospitality. The Reception Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and helping out in food and beverage as required to deliver the highest level of service to guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the team to deliver outstanding service
  • Hands-on approach to coach and guide team
  • Pre-arrival checks
  • Post departure invoicing
  • Ensure all reservation enquiries and online reviews are responded to promptly
  • Train new employees in job duties and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure brand standards are achieved
  • Duty management
