We are a 63 bedrooms hotel located in Aspley Guise (Woburn Sands/Milton Keynes) with a variety of function rooms and we are currently looking for a Reception Supervisor to join our team.
What we are looking for:
Supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel environment
Outgoing personality & ability to engage with customers is a must
Fully-flexible
Exceptional customer service skills
Good administrative skills
Professional telephone manner
Working well under pressure
Main duties to include:
Check ins and check outs
Making reservations
Dealing with customers’ enquiries
Cash handling
Cleaning of reception areas
Cover Front Office Manager in their absence
Salary dependent on experience
Own transport essential due to location
32 hour contract with flexibility to cover holidays as required
Free meals on duty
Free parking
