We are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to supplement our team, delighting our guests and providing them with the highest level of hospitality. We are looking for someone with the personality and passion to deliver top-notch hospitality that will ensure our guests feel relaxed, enjoy themselves and come back for more!
Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa is a luxury 5* hotel that operates like a house and feels like a home. Less than 30 minutes from Chippenham, Stroud, Tetbury and Cirencester, we are commutable from many locations in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath & Bristol. This beautifully restored 18th century manor house hotel and spa offers a grown up getaway in the heart of the Cotswolds. Set in 12 acres of beautifully kept gardens, we have 23 individually decorated rooms and suites, our luxury Aquarias spa and gym, conference facilities and our very own 40 seat cinema! Through reservations where we answer queries and manage the bookings until the point of departure, it is our dedicated Hotel Reception team who are on hand to meet, greet and ensure that our guests are looked after from start to finish, whether its looking after luggage, parking of cars, helping with enquiries and requests or booking an excursion or treat.
Ideally, applicants should have at least one year’s experience of working as a Hotel Receptionist and must be fluent in spoken and written English.
