We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, friendly, and professional person to join our Hotel Reception team. About the Role

  • Part-time | Minimum 15 hours per week
  • Be the face of our hotel – first impressions matter! You’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a smile.
  • Reservations & guest services – from booking dream getaways to assisting with special requests, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences.
  • A little bit of everything – from front desk duties to lending a hand with light housekeeping, you’ll keep things running smoothly.
  • Bring passion, attention to detail, and a love for great service to every shift!

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping is a plus, but not essential – we can teach you!
  • A people person through and through – you love making guests feel special.
  • Someone self-motivated, organised, and proactive – you take initiative and get things done.
  • Immaculately presented with a professional yet warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Able to work well under pressure and keep cool in any situation.
  • Flexible availability – our hotel operates 7 days a week, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
