Pentire Hotel is a very busy 3* hotel overlooking Fistral Beach.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a real passion for working in the hospitality industry to join our reception team working 2 shifts per week with the ability to pick up extra to cover holiday and sickness. Your working shifts will be 7.30am until 3pm or 3pm until 10pm. Other hours are across other departments such as the bar, housekeeping or the 2 on site restaurants. Some night cover may also be required for the right candidate. The right candidate will have great customer service skills, someone who is adaptable and works well on their own and also as part of a team. Duties include cash handling, dealing with customers needs, checking guests in and out of the hotel, taking and processing bookings via phone and email and helping with the general day to day running of a busy hotel. Experience with hotel perfect is preferred but not essential as training will be given. Other duties include assisting on the bar. Meals are provided whilst on shift. Loyalty bonus scheme in place, Tips and discounted corporate gym membership at Newquay sports centre.
