Aston Hall Hotel is looking to recruit an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join the existing team.
Our reception team play a vital part in every guest journey. If you join us as part of our reception team you’ll be at the heart of our mission to make sure every guest feels they can relax. As a Receptionist, you will provide reception services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from the moment they check-in through to check-out.
There’s a lot to achieve every day, so you’ll need to be highly organised. A great eye for detail is really important, so you can take care of the little details. It is important you value the guest journey as much as we do.
The hours for the position will vary based upon a rota on a weekly basis covering the hours 7am - 11pm. Although the majority of the shifts will be 3pm - 11pm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out
  • Always demonstrate a high level of customer service
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions.
  • Knowledge of Reslynx system would be beneficial but not required.
  • Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques
  • Follow company brand standards
  • Assist other departments, as necessary

We have 1 role available:
1 x 32 Hours per week.
