We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join the team at Ballathie House Hotel. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week. The reception department operates 7 days a week on a shift pattern therefore you must be available to work evenings and weekends. Shifts are from 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.

• About the Role - A few of the duties you will undertake in this varied role include – Welcoming our guests, telephone enquiries, reservations, preparing invoices and taking payments from our guests, conducting end of shift/day banking.
• About You – We are seeking a well presented, enthusiastic customer focused person with an outgoing friendly personality. A desire to deliver a high standard of customer service is essential, along with good communication skills. We would like you work with a high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
