We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in guest services or a hotel environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages (bilingual or multilingual) are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with hospitality software systems is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a busy setting while maintaining professionalism.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service within the hospitality industry.

  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through our booking system with accuracy.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create an inviting environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette at all times.
  • Assist multilingual guests by providing support in their preferred language when possible.
