SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Cumbria Park Hotel in Carlisle. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their stay. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably within a hotel environment.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
