Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa is a privately owned fabulous 4* hotel, boasting a luxury health club and spa, an 18 hole golf course, an award winning restaurant and a fabulous outside dining concept The Hangout.
We are looking for a full time Hotel Receptionist to join our bunch.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Previous hotel receptionist experience is preferable together with a good general education. Full training will be provided.
Key skills include; a “can-do” attitude, out-going personality, practical approach to problem-solving, attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Applicants will need to have right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.

SUMMARY OF THE JOB ROLE & PURPOSE:
· To work as part of the Front of House team delivering Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa’s excellent guest services and company policies.
· To provide excellent levels of customer service to guests.
. The working hours for the role are early shifts 7am to 3.30pm and late shifts 3pm to 11.30pm including working weekends.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To ensure and deliver high levels of telephone service, enquiry handling, sales, welcome and hospitality
· To be polite and helpful to guests at all times
· To check in / out guests speedily, accurately and politely
· To accurately take any messages, information, changes to reservations and pass it on to relevant department/staff
· To represent the Hotel at all times in a professional and knowledgeable manner
