We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the Carlton Hotel.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services whilst ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding hospitality will greatly enhance our guests’ experience.

SKILLS

  • Excellent phone etiquette to handle calls professionally
  • Previous hotel experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
