Built in 1899, Bishop’s Gate Hotel Derry, a luxury boutique hotel and a member of Ireland’s Blue Book, are delighted to be welcoming applications to join our award winning front office team.
The Opportunity:

As part of Bishop’s Gate team, you will experience a varied role and your main duties will include;

• Delivering exceptional customer service, whilst also anticipating guests and customers needs.
• Managing a busy switchboard, directing internal and external calls.
• Processing check ins and explaining key facilities within the hotel.
• Taking reservations by phone and e-mail.
• Providing advice and information about local attractions, restaurants and transport options.
• Preparing final bills at check out and processing payments.
• Upselling and cross selling hotel products and services to maximise revenue.

Under the leadership of our Front Office Manager, you will contribute as a vital part of our small and friendly team. Where you will continue to build upon your existing skills, and of course benefit from the variety offered by a role in hospitality.
