EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservation systems and phone etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
