We are currently seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Hotel Front Office Team on a casual basis, with the potential to move into part-time or full-time positions in the near future.

These roles suit people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences, and have strong attention to detail.

Key requirements:

• Previous hotel front office experience
• Experience using Opera PMS (strongly preferred)
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional presentation and reliability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• A positive, team-focused attitude

Availability requirements:

We are particularly seeking candidates with good availability Monday to Friday, including the ability to work morning and evening shifts. Flexibility to work weekends and late-night shifts as required will also be highly regarded.

Experience with other hotel management systems, such as Room Master, RMS, or IDPMS, will also be highly regarded.

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour
